After being turned away from the banks, I have decided to initiate The Million Pound List, to raise the money needed to start my business. In doing so, I will be promoting businesses who are struggling to fund exposure in these difficult times.

The way it works is as follows:
On the homepage of the website is “The List” which contains names and hyperlinks to the websites of all those who have paid to be on the site.  The list will be headed by the current highest investor, and descend below in order of people who have remunerated most to least.

Any company, or individual, can spend as much money or as little as they like, providing it is a whole number of pounds.  The more money one spends, the higher they will rank on the list.
